2009 Rates

 

Jan 5^th– Mar 31^st  $450

April 1^st- May 31^st   $400

May 1^st—October 31^st $350 per night

Nov 1^st– Jan 3rd  $500 per night*

 

$350 Deposit.

$200 Cleaning Fee.

Rates are based on 8 Adults + 4 Children.

 

Please contact us if you have any questions about rates, deposits,  fees or if there are fewer than 8/4 in your party.

*Add $100  per night for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years

Reservations must be made a minimum of  21-14 days in advance.

Must provide at least 2 weeks cancellation notice to avoid cancellation fee.

$350 fee for cancellations with less than 2 weeks written notice.
